These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FX Gold Robot website (fxgoldrobot.com) and the purchase and use of the FX Gold Robot software (“the Product”). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.

1. The Product
   FX Gold Robot is a digital software product — an Expert Advisor (EA) for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, designed for automated trading of XAUUSD (Gold). The Product is delivered as a downloadable .ex5 file together with a setup guide and parameter file. It is a software tool only and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any guarantee of financial results.
2. License
   Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the Product on one MetaTrader 5 account, unless a multi-account license is separately arranged. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise make the Product available to any third party. All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with FX Gold Robot.
3. Purchase and Payment
   The Product is sold as a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment provider. Prices are listed on the website and may change at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.
4. Delivery
   The Product is delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you can access and download the Product files from your account. No physical goods are shipped.
5. Refunds
   Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
6. Risk Disclosure
   Trading foreign exchange and gold (XAUUSD) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. You may lose some or all of your invested capital; therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

All performance figures, including backtest results, shown on this website are historical and hypothetical. Past performance is not indicative of future results. FX Gold Robot does not guarantee any profit or specific trading outcome. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, broker selection, risk settings, and the results of using the Product. FX Gold Robot is not a licensed financial advisor and nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

7. No Warranty
   The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every broker or system configuration, or that it will achieve any particular result.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, FX Gold Robot and its owner shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product. Your sole remedy in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for testing the Product on a demo account before live use, configuring appropriate risk settings, complying with the rules of your broker and the laws of your jurisdiction, and securing your own trading account and devices.
10. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect any changes.
