Refund Policy

FX Gold Robot is a digital product (a downloadable MT5 Expert Advisor file together with its setup guide and parameter files). Because of the nature of digital goods, the following refund terms apply.

  1. Before download — eligible for refund
    If you have purchased FX Gold Robot but have not yet downloaded or accessed the product files from your account, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  2. After download — not eligible for refund
    By downloading or accessing the product files, you acknowledge that the digital product has been delivered in full and you expressly agree that your right to a refund no longer applies. Once the files have been downloaded, the purchase is final.
  3. Technical issues
    If the product does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us first so we can help — most issues are resolved quickly.
  4. Trading results are not grounds for a refund
    FX Gold Robot is a trading tool, not a guarantee of profit. Trading involves risk, and past or backtested performance does not guarantee future results. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of trading losses, market outcomes, or dissatisfaction with trading performance.
  5. Duplicate or accidental payments
    If you were charged more than once or made an accidental purchase, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@fxgoldrobot.com with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
